- Your team already uses AI chat, but the repetitive work still waits for someone to do it by hand.
- What you get
- A 3-hour session at your business or by video for a company group of up to 8. Your team builds two working automations from our Playbook in your own tools, tests them with fake data, practices the off switch and records each one in an automation register.
- How it starts
- $895 per session. Email us your type of business and the two tasks you would most like to automate.

Automation Sprint
- Your problem
- You know which task you want automated, but there is no time to set it up.
- What you get
- One automation (or two small ones) set up in your own accounts within one week, tested with fake data, with a register entry and a 30-minute handover training. Done means the agreed test passes and the off switch is documented.
- How it starts
- $750 per sprint. Email us the one task you want off your plate.

AI Ops monthly care
- Your problem
- Automations drift: a tool changes, a step fails, and nobody notices for weeks.
- What you get
- A monthly check of your automations (are they running, any errors, do the tests still pass), one new or improved automation each month and a 30-minute check-in. If one breaks, we pause it with its off switch and tell you the same business day.
- How it starts
- $299/month, month to month, cancel any time.
Automations we set up
Each one writes a draft, a task or a tracker row. A person reads it and sends it.
- Missed call: a text-back draft and a callback task.
- New inquiry: an acknowledgement draft and a tracker row.
- Quotes: follow-up drafts on day 2 and day 7 for your approval.
- Appointments: reminder drafts with a reschedule link.
- Finished jobs: a review request draft, sent by hand.
- Overdue invoices: polite reminder drafts.
- Monday digest: last week's leads, quotes, jobs and reviews on one page.
